Air Oil Seperators
The ventilation air from lube oil sumps on Gas Turbines and Turbo Compressors is typically ventilated to open air.
The sump ventilation air is contaminated with oil mist, causing unwanted conditions when ventilated to the environment.
The contamination of oil in sump ventilation air may typically be in the range of 800 – to 2500 ppm by weight.
Lube Oil Systems

The lube oil systems are custom engineered to meet the industry lubrication needs.
Pressurized lube oil systems are integral to the reliable operation and longevity of critical production equipment and components. Lubricating oil for a marine diesel engine achieves two objectives; it must cool and lubricate.
The Hydraulic Starters are mainly used to start diesel engines generally emergency sets for marine, oil and gas, off – shore, etc.
Very reliable as an emergency starting system, because it is a closed and independent circuit with few mechanisms.
The hydraulic starting unit can be activated manually so it is a solution when there is no external energy available. It can be used under extreme environmental conditions just using the suitable hydraulic oil.

Techouse Offline Waterwash is a removable skid for offline waterwash.
Waterwash skid is normally designed to connect 400V 60Hz 3 phase power.
Waterwash skid typical size supplies 50 liters of liquid per minute at 4.6 bar.
A metering skidis a special platform on which various devices and instruments are installed.
The metering skid consists of pipelines, filters and other equipment necessary for the metering function.
A Combined Cycle (CC) power plant consists of
• one or more gas turbines
• steam generator(s) in the gas turbine exhaust
• one (or more) steam turbines
• condenser system
• condensate and feed water pumps
• various ancillary systems
Combined cycle is a power concept combining gas turbine power cycles with steam turbine power cycles. This is achieved by using the large amount of heat in the Gas Turbine (GT) exhaust gas as energy input for the Steam Bottoming Cycle (SBC).
Water or Steam Injection in Gas Turbines will reduce NOx formation and with steam injection power and efficiency will also increase. In a steam injection scheme, no steam turbine is required.
The increased power is caused by the volumetric effect of expanding steam in the gas turbine.
For both water and steam injection, ultra-pure water is required.
As the water is lost through the gas turbine exhaust, the water needs to be continuously produced.
GT Power Enhancement
The duty and efficiency of a gas turbines can be increased by injecting Superheated Steam into the combustion zone of the gas turbine.
Since the water is «consumed» as it is lost together with the exhaust of the gas turbine, ultra-pure water needs to be continuously produced.
Techouse offers the RO plant to produce the ultrapure water and the HRSG/OTSG to convert the water to pressurised superheated steam suitable for steam injection.
Waste Heat Recovery Units (WHRU) recovers heat from Gas Turbines or Diesel Engines by heating up a liquid heating medium.
The equipment is widely used on offshore oil and gas installations to cover the various heat demand in the process. Techouse is a world leading supplier of WHRUs for the offshore industry.

ALUBAR™ SAFETY BARRIERS
The flood barrier system is equipped with all necessary items, such as barriers, lifting/lowering devices, clamping devices, hydraulic power pack and electrical control system to be able to perform a watertight barrier across the tunnel in case of an emergency situation.
The flood barrier includes one stainless steel frame to be embedded in the tunnel concrete. The flood gate hinges and seal faces are welded to the embedded frame to achieve correct alignment.
